Shipping policy

At Paradyce’s Treasure Chest, each order is carefully prepared to ensure quality and accuracy before shipment.

Processing Time  

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped promptly.

Shipping & Delivery  

Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Paradyce’s Treasure Chest is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Address Accuracy  

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages  

Paradyce’s Treasure Chest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Issues  

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence so we can review and resolve the issue.
